Unit Assessment: Parametric Equations and Polar Coordinates

Today is our unit assessment. In this document are some sample questions that you may choose to use with your class.

Some of the questions I definitely do not want students to use a graphing calculator for. For instance, question #3 asks students to graph an equation in polar form. I could not fully assess their understanding of this topic if students just plug it into their calculator and sketch the shape, so you may want to have a non-calculator portion of the assessment.
